Northern Colorado Concierge Services, LLC is the vision of a busy mother and business professional seeking to make life easier for those with long to-do lists but short on time.
Kristen Deakin is the owner of Fort Collins, Colorado-based NoCo Concierge, serving the entire Northern Colorado region. After watching her grandparents struggle just to run errands or go shopping, Deakin wishes to assist people with the daily challenge of finding enough time to enjoy the things in life for which they’ve worked so hard. NoCo Concierge doesn’t do just your errands; it’s a full-service company that does virtually anything you don’t want to do, know how to do or have time to do.
With more than 13 years of sales and marketing experience, Kristen oversees the company’s day-to-day operations, including development, sales and marketing, financial stability and customer service. Before starting NoCo Concierge, Kristen enjoyed an exciting and fulfilling career in the real estate industry, where she received the highest ratings in customer service. She understands that customer service is the No. 1 reason people continue to do business with a particular company or individual, as they always have other choices, and puts that knowledge into practice. At NoCo Concierge, no customer is “just a customer”: each person we help is our No. 1 concern, and the No. 1 reason why we do what we do with such passion and love.
